Red Hot Redfish Action!

Red Hot Redfish Action!

Last Updated on August 31, 2019 by SteamWorks

Summer is still here and it is hotter than ever, but so is the redfish bite. I have been finding big school of redfish almost everywhere I go. The white bait still remains on the flats and the fish are gorging themselves.  Snook fishing is still fantastic. Look for the bigger females to make their way back onto the flats to feed before the upcoming winter. Fall will be excellent for snook, trout, and redfish. Cooler temps make for more comfortable days on the water.  Artificial bite is still strong with lots of snook and redfish on topwater and paddle tail jigs. Some of my go to lures are Rapala Skitter walks, and DOA C.A.L Shadtails in the 3″ variety. Water clarity is decent in some areas to very dark in others, especially after a strong rain. IF the water is very dirty. I tend to throw a lot of top water. Make some noise and draw the fish in. My fishing charters in Tampa Bay are perfect for one or two anglers. Especially if you are proficient casters and have experience fishing artificial. I can also take Fly fishing anglers as my boat floats super skinny and is quiet as can be. If you are looking to book a Tampa Bay Fishing Charter, I would be more than happy to accommodate you. Call or text 407-977-7650 or 813-358-6046. Or Got to my website and fill out the contact from and I will reply ASAP. Thank you for y our time and looking forward to our next Tampa Fishing Adventure aboard Bag’Em Fishing Charters and Capt. Bucky Goldman

“Our group had a blast with Capt. Casey. The boat was comfortable and had plenty of room to accommodate our group of 5. Very knowedgable, very friendly and great fisherman. The redfish and trout where great for dinner.”
