Bag’Em Fishing Charters Kids Camp – Tampa Bay

Give your child the ultimate outdoor adventure with Bag’Em Fishing Charter’s Kids Camp.

Bag’Em Fishing Charters Kids Camp is an unforgettable fishing experience designed for young anglers in Tampa Bay. Hosted by Capt. Bucky Goldman of Bag’Em Fishing Charters, this camp introduces kids to the excitement of fishing while teaching valuable outdoor skills in a safe, fun, and encouraging environment. At Bag’Em Fishing Charters Kids Camp, we believe fishing is more than catching fish—it’s about patience, teamwork, outdoor adventure, and connecting with nature.

Campers will learn the basics of fishing including casting, knot tying, bait selection, fish handling, conservation, and on-the-water etiquette. Whether it’s their very first fish or they already love being outdoors, every child will gain hands-on experience and build confidence through guided instruction and real fishing action.

Our goal is simple: create lasting memories, teach respect for our local waters, and inspire the next generation of anglers. With plenty of opportunities to learn, laugh, and catch fish, Bag’Em Fishing Charter’s Kids Camp delivers an experience kids will talk about long after they leave the boat.

What sets Bag’Em Fishing Charters Kids Camp apart is our commitment to professionalism and safety. Every trip is led exclusively by full-time, fully licensed, and fully insured captains who are experienced in creating a positive and educational experience for young anglers. Parents can feel confident knowing their children are safe and learning from dedicated professionals who spend every day on the water.

Join us on Tampa Bay and let your child discover the adventure of fishing! Daily activities include fishing, swimming, and fun!

What Kids Will Experience at Camp

Your young angler will spend the day fishing aboard a boat with one of our
experienced, full-time Captains while exploring the incredible waters of
Tampa Bay. Campers will have the opportunity to catch multiple inshore
species, experience local wildlife up close, and enjoy a fun, social
environment alongside other kids their age.

This camp is designed to be hands-on, engaging, and unforgettable. Kids
won’t just learn about fish—they’ll actively fish for them. Throughout the
day, campers will have opportunities to fish, swim, explore, and simply
enjoy being kids outdoors.

Everything needed for a successful day on the water is included, from
quality fishing tackle to fresh-caught live bait. Our team is made up
exclusively of local, full-time Captains who are fully licensed and
insured. Many of our Captains are parents themselves and understand how to
keep children safe, engaged, and excited throughout the day.

What Your Kids Will Learn

Whether your child is picking up a fishing rod for the first time or
already has experience on the water, there is something for every skill
level.

Campers will learn:

  • Safe and responsible boating and fishing practices
  • Teamwork and positive interaction with other campers
  • Casting fundamentals and techniques to improve accuracy
  • Fish identification and local Tampa Bay species knowledge
  • How to tie fishing knots
  • How to rig both live bait and artificial lures
  • Fishing skills that build confidence and create lifelong memories

Our goal is for every child to leave camp with new skills, new friendships,
and a greater appreciation for the outdoors.
